Year 11 English students recently enjoyed an end-of-unit project that combined creativity with language skills. In groups, students were tasked with designing their own restaurant menus, incorporating language devices to describe their dishes. This project ended with students presenting their menus in a mock restaurant setting and rating one another.
We even had our own waiter!
